About Us

Founded in 2001 and headquartered in Saratoga Springs, New York, mySmartHealth, LLC was established to develop and market interactive simulation training specific to healthcare. In time, industries outside of healthcare began to see the benefits of truly interactive simulation-based training and the company began to grow quickly.

In January 2003, mySmartHealth, LLC merged with mySmartSimulations, Inc. and positioned itself as the potential market leader in simulation-based training solutions. To accomplish this task, they hired a bright creative team. Complementing their powerful healthcare offerings, mySmartSim additionally works with government, military, law enforcement, technology and manufacturing industries.

In April of 2003, mySmartSim continued to build custom interactive training solutions for their clients, although ultimately they knew there had to be a better way. They began their quest to offer high quality custom interactive training and eLearning simulations at a lower cost using a rapid authoring approach. In keeping with their business plan, mySmartSim embarked on the development of Worldwide Interactive Learning Designer. WILD was designed as a rapid eLearning authoring tool to accelerate the development time and improve the overall level of interactivity for custom training.


After years of designing custom interactive training for companies all over the world, mySmartSim has released their e-learning authoring software WILD to the market. This has empowering customers and resellers to design and deploy their own interactive simulation and chapter-based training courses.

We are constantly expanding into new markets to promote our products and services. We frequently update our technology to meet the everyday needs of new and existing clients. The addition of our new Haptics interface in combination with our simulation platform has enhanced the approach we take for interactive training. We continue to improve the overall process of how companies train their employees and consistently address tomorrow's needs in today's training.
