Candle Safety

Candles can very easily lead to a fire due to human error and negligence. The best thing you can do to prevent this is to avoid using lighted candles. If you do decide to use candles there are several safety precautions you should take.

• Do not leave candles unattended
• Make sure candles are in an appropriate holder (metal, glass or ceramic)
• Keep out of reach of children and pets
• Blow candles out after you are finished
• Do not  leave the house with candles burning
