William Cornelius

Mr. Cornelius has longtime experience in both business and software development. He has worked in the healthcare information technology field and for General Electric's MAO division. He has over 20 years experience in business development. Mr. Cornelius provided strategic planning for companies and established himself as a leader in sales and training. Today, as co-founder of mySmartSim, he focuses on growing the company and aiding in the overall vision of their solutions.

Over the past 15 years, Karen Cornelius has established herself as a leader in healthcare IT sales, department of health-related law enforcement training, strategic and operational planning, marketing, and customer support within several fortune 100 companies. Her areas of expertise include generation of quality customers, development of client service protocols, and efficient execution of financial and operational plans. As a cofounder and COO of mySmartSim, Ms. Cornelius oversees business development, finance and day-to-day operations.

Douglas J. Robertson - VP of Sales and Marketing

Douglas J. Robertson

With a background in finance and sales, Douglas Robertson made a smooth transition into the mySmartSim business model. As the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Mr. Robertson is responsible to meet and exceed the sales revenue plan established through a strategic planning process. In conjunction with building and leading the Marketing and Sales Team, Mr. Robertson also helps to develop the company's overall strategies and tactics for breaking into new markets and creating growth opportunities. Mr. Robertson's leadership skills and management style have helped mySmartSim achieve many of its revenue and business growth goals.

Christopher W. O'Brien - Chief Technology Officer

Mr. O'Brien has experience in many different aspects of computer technology including software design and development, database administration, system administration, and IT support. As the Chief Technology Officer, Mr. O'Brien is responsible for the overall direction of development solutions, as well as advancing new technologies within the company. Most notably, during his work at mySmartSim Mr. O'Brien has co-authored the training development tool, WILD.

Anne Messineo - Vice President of Project Development

As the Vice President of Project Development, Ms. Messineo is responsible for leading a team of Project Managers, Developers and 2D/3D Artists. Ms. Messineo oversees the project cycle from start to finish and implements, develops and maintains superior project processes to ensure successful project deliverables. Ms. Messineo guides her team through the process and ensures delivery of a superior quality project to the client. Ms. Messineo is certified in eLearning Instructional Design and applies her skills to each project.

Jonathan J. Lane - Director of Custom Content Development

Mr. Lane has many years of leadership experience both in and out of the workplace. He is knowledgeable in many different aspects of computer technology. His strengths are in the areas of web technology, interactive/rich media development and usability testing. As the Director of Custom Content Development, Mr. Lane is responsible for the overall development and deployment of mySmartSim's training courses, as well as research and development initiatives.

Jay McGill - Director of Finance

Mr. McGill has over 15 years experience in corporate finance. He joined the mySmartSim team in 2001 as a consultant and liaison between mySmartSim and Clark and Company CPA's. In 2007 Jay was promoted to Director of Finance, overseeing all accounting functions within the company.

Director of Illustrations and Communications
William B. Westwood, M.S., CMI

Mr. Westwood is a nationally known, Board Certified Medical Illustrator with over 32 years experience. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with leading physicians and surgeons in the US, Canada and abroad, to create medical artwork for continuing physician and patient education. The resulting medical artwork has been recognized with over 35 awards for technical and communications excellence. Mr. Westwood brings to mySmartSim a unique ability to translate complex anatomical/surgical information into clear, unambiguous visual images that are accurate and effective teaching tools.

Chief Learning Officer
Stephen H. Gallay, M.D.

A practicing orthopedic surgeon in Toronto, Stephen Gallay brings considerable knowledge of e-learning and technology to his role as co-founder and CLO of mySmartSim. His extensive contacts throughout the healthcare industry have served as the cornerstone of our Network of Professionals. Dr. Gallay lectures at many international e-learning events and has co-produced an e-learning course. At mySmartSim his vision has driven not only the development of our solutions, but their consistent market acceptance.

David E. Quinn, M.D.

When not practicing as a prominent orthopaedic surgeon in upstate New York, Dr. Quinn plays a leadership role in business development for the Bone & Joint Center. As Chief Medical Advisor, he advises on corporate vision and business development. Already, his advice and direction have driven mySmartSim to the successful achievement of numerous milestones.

Chief Military Advisor
Robert Domenici

Robert Domenici, LTC(Ret USA), MPA,MSS - A recent graduate of the US Army College, former commander of the 2nd WMD (Anti-terrorism) Civil Support Team and a recipient of the Legion of Merit with extensive experience in disaster preparedness and emergency operations. He has written and assisted in the development of over 160 threat and vulnerability studies for various government and state agencies.

J.H. Bill Walton

Founder of ITC learning, a World Leader in Industrial Skills Training, serving over 6000 organizations, Mr. Walton brings over 30 years of experience in building successful distribution channels within the process and manufacturing industries. As a media producer, he pioneered instructional design as the most important learning factor in courseware. He has written many articles and spoken throughout the country emphasizing how critically important interactive multimedia is to learning in the modern world.
