Over the last 5 years mySmartSim has created engaging, interactive, easy to use simulations for equipment, service, sales and soft skills training. They have developed a powerful tool to create basic text, picture and video courses or to design interactive simulations. There is a library of interactions, animations and motions to help even the non-technical user design custom interactive courses.
Anybody can create courses in mySmartSim’s WILD application. In order for mySmartSim employees to increase their proficiency, they are constantly taking training courses developed by their colleagues and encouraged to build courses themselves to help train current and new employees. This is all part of mySmartSim’s employee cross training, which is designed to assist staff employees, increase the effectiveness of their performance in their present position; and to encourage and provide opportunities for employees to obtain skills, knowledge and abilities which may improve their chances for career advancement.
Aside from the day to day job requirements of each department, mySmartSim created the CADET program as an incentive to motivate employees to build courses for mySmartSim and their clients on their own time. Not only does this program allow them the capability of winning many valuable prizes, but also prepares them to become more involved by sharing their knowledge for mySmartSim’s ongoing corporate training.
